How to Return
- To initiate a return, please email hello@fatherfuel.com.au with:
- Your full name
- Email address used for the order
- Order details you wish to return
- Our customer service team will verify your order and provide you with the return shipping address.
- Package your unused items and ship them to the provided return address.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Conditions
- Products must be bought in last 365 days
- Please include your order number and contact information with the return shipment
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
